ABOUT US...is about Rockingham High School located in Rockingham, North Carolina, USA and about the people who attended RHS from it's first Class in 1923 until it's last Class in 1972. These are articles and pictures of the students, faculty and friends who were at RHS during those 49 years.
Then the old RHS buiding...became Rockingham Junior High and when the building was razed in 2005 it was the oldest operating school in North Carolina.
We bring the spirit... and ideals that we brought with us through the 20th century and into the new millenium to our new generations, our children ,grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We hope you will enjoy our memories with us.
Rockingham Rockets and TheRocketPad spirit...is not just about traditions
and what we were then and about our memories. More than that, the Rocket Spirit is about what were are NOW!
Today TheRocketPad is open to all RHS students. Yes, there are still many Class of '61 pictures and articles, but any and all Rockets, any class, are welcome to send in pictures and articles, news, new grandkids, sickness or obituaries.
